Remember to Breathe

It's one of the first actions we take as we enter into the world. Yet, so often we forget the importance of breath. As we become stressed, our breathing becomes shallow, sending internal signals to the rest of the body that speak of trouble. Take a moment right now to become conscious of your breathing. Inhale deeply, filling your lungs with air. Then exhale, letting go. Simple, yet still very effective.
